THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24150 of 2004 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Mr.Pushyam Kiran, learned counsel holding for Advocate on record for the petitioner, submits that they are not getting any instructions from the petitioner. He has placed on record a memo dated 12.02.2015 stating so along with the correspondence made by him with the petitioner. It appears that with the passage of time, petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition further and hence he is not responding to the letters addressed by his Advocate nor is he in touch with him. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
