THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.40070 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Ducherthi Police Station, Addateegala Mandal, East Godavari District, refused to register the F.I.R. upon his complaint dated 29.11.2015.

The Station House Officer, Ducherthi Police Station, East Godavari District, furnished written instructions dated 14.12.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it was stated that Crime No.36 of 2015 was registered on 11.12.2015 upon the petitioner's complaint under Sections 447 and 506 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. on the file of Ducherthi Police Station and the investigation was ongoing.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
