This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the petitionerTheaters, as per their applications dated 06.06.2018, 04.07.2018, 10.07.2018 and 29.06.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 31.10.2016 passed in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 31.10.2016 passed in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and batch.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
