HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL Nos. 293 AND 295 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On 16-04-2015, we granted ad interim stay as prayed for till the next date of hearing. We also made it clear that pendency of the writ appeals would not operate as stay to the hearing of the writ petitions. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the parties, in particular, learned counsel for the respondents, have agreed for disposal of these writ appeals, in terms of the interim order dated 1604-2015, with liberty to the respondents i.e., the petitioners in the writ petitions to seek hearing of the writ petitions expeditiously. In the circumstances, we dispose of these writ appeals in terms of the ad interim order dated 16-04-2015. It is open to the respondents i.e.

, the petitioners in the writ petitions to apply for preponing the date of hearing of the writ petitions, which are fixed by the learned single Judge some time in July 2015, and if any such application is made, we hope and trust that the learned single Judge, on the facts of the present appeals, shall consider their request for preponing the date of hearing of the writ petitions. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. ______________________
