THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26212 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more so, a writ in the nature of mandamus, by declaring the impugned orders of the respondent vide letter No.VSP/ WC/SMS/745330/0T/ 2015- 1, dated 14.05.2016, as arbitrary, illegal, capricious, unlawful and unjust and opposed to the principles of natural justice and infringing the fundamental rights and consequentially, to direct the respondent, to remove the stigma and restore the registration of the petitioner firm and may pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to deem fit and proper in the interests of justice and equity."

2. Heard Sri G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri V.Ravinder Rao, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 02.06.2016 to the respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper. It is further requested by the learned counsel that necessary direction may be issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the

petitioner, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.06.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
