Sri T. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to take appropriate steps in the C.M.A. filed by the petitioner.

Permission is accorded.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
