The Aremanda Gram Panchayat v. The Panchayat Secretary

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23496 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the Gram Panchayat represented by its 'Sarpanch' in the year 2011 and now the petitioner's term as 'Sarpanch' already came to an end. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the Gram Panchayat to initiate appropriate proceedings. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
