This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners/A.1, A.4, A.7 to A.9 and A.12 under Section 439 (1) (b) r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.1044, 1024 and 1021 of 2017 in Cr.No.82 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
