THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1621 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 02.12.2015 passed in I.A. No.490 of 2015 in I.A. No.186 of 2015 in F.C.O.P. No.180 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the trial Court disposed of the F.C.O.P., on 20.6.2017. They further submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. The submissions are recorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
