2. Petitioner alleges that in spite of his complaint, dated 27.12.2014 filed before respondent No.3, no action is taken by the said respondent by registering the crime.
3. Instructions of the learned government pleader, however, show that the complaint, which relates to family dispute between petitioner and his brother, was received from petitioner on 30.12.2014 and the same was entered in the GD. After preliminary enquiry, crime No.9 of 2015 was registered on 16.02.2015, which is now pending investigation. It is stated that during investigation it further revealed that the said brother of the petitioner
also lodged a complaint against the petitioner with regard to a land to an extent of 145 square yards in Jalalpur Village, Bommalaramaram Mandal, Nalgonda District, and the complaint given by the petitioner's brother was also examined by the Station House Officer, Bommalaramaram Police Station, and a case in crime No.10 of 2015 was registered on 16.02.2015, which is also pending investigation.
4. In view of the above, therefore, since two crimes are registered one by respondent No.3 and one by the Station House Officer, Bommalaramaram Police station, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the investigation in the said crimes be completed, in accordance with law, expeditiously and appropriate report/charge sheet be filed before the jurisdictional court. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
