CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.8089 of 2002 Dt: 12.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed against an interlocutory order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, pending OA.No.3769 of 2002.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for both parties submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the OA itself was disposed of rendering this Writ Petition infructuous. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
