ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 1.11.2013, in I.A.No.1449 of 2013 in O.S.No.989 of 2012 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Sri D.V.N.Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, has filed memo, dated 01.04.2015, wherein it is stated that O.S.No.989 of 2012, out of which the present Civil Revision Petition arises, itself was withdrawn and hence, the petitioner intends to withdraw

the Civil Revision Petition.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the contents of the said memo.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
