THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8925 of 2012 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent in not issuing pattadar passbook and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of lands to an extent of Ac.0.14 guntas in Survey No.22 of Thippannapet Shivar, Jagtial Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. The averments in the affidavit in support of the writ petition are that the petitioner is said to have purchased an extent of Ac.0.14 guntas in Survey No.22 of Thippannapet Shivar, Jagtial Mandal, Karimnagar District from one Naluvala Mallaiah under a registered sale deed vide document No.917 of 2006, dated 01.04.2006. It is stated that since the date of purchase, he is in possession of the same.

Immediately after the purchase, he said to have made a request to the respondent-Tahsildar, Jagtial Mandal, Karimnagar District for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. Though the representation is said to have been made on 12.09.2011, no orders are passed on it. Hence questioning the inaction of the respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the respondent may be directed to pass orders on the representation dated 12.09.2011 made by the petitioner, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same, if the same is still pending.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 12.09.
