Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land in survey Nos.88/A, 88/AA, 88/E situated at Nanakramguda Village, Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District admeasuring Ac.11-11 guntas as per the application dated 04-11-2010 made by the petitioner.

The averments in the writ petition are as under: The petitioner is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.01-10 guntas in survey No.88/A situated at Nanakramguda Village, Ranga Reddy District along with other family members. The entire land admeasuring Ac.11-11 guntas in survey Nos.88/A, 88/AA and 88/E was Inam land, which was held by their forefathers as Inamdars. It is stated that the said land was held equally by three families namely:-1) Devarakonda family which belongs to the petitioner,

2) Begari family and 3) Sigadasari families. After the commencement of A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolitions of Inams Act (for short "the Act"), the ryotwari pattas were granted to the three families as per the provisions of the Act. The petitioner was also granted Inam pattas under Section 4 of the Act to an extent of Ac.01-10 guntas in survey No.88/A of Nanakramguda Village, Ranga Reddy District. It is stated that the land to an extent of Ac.04-03 1⁄2 guntas has been acquired as per notification under Section 4 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act for outer ring road purpose. The notification was issued in the name of Bakkaiah S/o.Bhumaiah, Rukaiah S/o.Papaiah, Begari Maisaiah S/o.Papaiah, occupants as Bakkaiah s/o.Bhumaiah, C.H.Ramesh S/o.Subba Rao, Begari Yellia S/o.Papaiah, Begari Gangamma W/o.Rajaiah and award has been passed vide Award Nos.

01/05, 05/2006 respectively. It is stated that the land was acquired without mentioning the survey number 88/A, 88/AA, 88/E and only survey No.88 was mentioned. After paying necessary fee, the petitioner submitted an application on 04-11-2010 for survey the land in survey Nos.

Without going into the merits of the case and as the request of the petitioner is only for disposal of his application, the writ petition is disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to dispose of the application dated 04-11-2010 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
