This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash proceedings in STC.No. 1255 of 2019, on the file of IV Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case has been transferred from Special Court and .is not aware of the status of the case in the Court below. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending. 3.
Accordingly, the Crimina-l petition is disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, in the event of any cause survives. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
