THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.122 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the orders passed by the second respondent in 200/Anj.FCS/4/2013 dated 10.12.2013 and the consequential notice dated 18.12.2013 passed by the third respondent.

2. A reading of the impugned order dated 10.12.2013 shows that a part time person-in-charge was appointed for the petitioner society for a period of six months or till the elections to the society is held and elected managing committee assumes charge, whichever is earlier.

3. Since six months period was over, the present writ petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
