THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.41969 OF 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to set aside Lr.No.GM(E)/O&M DIVX/Writ Petition/2016-17/2356 dated 19.11.2016 on the file of 4th respondent by declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

When the matter is called, learned Standing Counsel representing the Water Board, produced the proceedings No.GM(E)/O&M Div-X/Writ Petition/2016-17/2458 dated 30.11.2016, withdrawing the orders impugned in the writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
