This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.84 of 2013 of Police Station Huzurabad, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 468, 471, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana State that after completion of investigation the police concerned filed Final Report referring the case as false. In view of the facts and circumstances, no further orders need be passed by this Court quashing the proceedings. Therefore, the instant Petition, which is filed to quash the Proceedings, has became infructuous, and prayed to dismiss the petition. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
