Dasari Paramesh v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.24809 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 5 to 7 in interfering in the civil dispute and threatening the petitioner to come to the police station and register the property in name of 'Hosanna Mandir' without following due process of law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that all together seven cases are registered against the petitioner and some more cases are pending investigation. It is stated that the respondent-police never interfered with the civil disputes except registering the crimes and investigating the same. The petitioner filed Crlp.No.6844 of 2018 seeking anticipatory bail and the same was disposed of. In view of the same, the respondent-police shall not interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the third parties and threaten the petitioner to register the properties in the name of 'Hosanna Mandir' represented by respondents 8 to 12. However, this order will not preclude the respondent-police from investigating into any offence.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 02-08-2018 Nvl
