THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4099 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order, dated 02.07.2018, passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Nadikotkur, allowing I.A.No.163 of 2018 in O.S.No.143 of 2011 filed by the respondent herein under Order XVIII Rule 17 C.P.C. to recall him and mark certain documents.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Court below allowed I.A.No.163 of 2018 on 02.07.2018 basing on the order passed on the same date in I.A.No.164 of 2018 filed under Order VIII Rule 1A C.P.C. to receive certain documents viz., adangals and unregistered sale deed, dated 16.05.1991. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order in I.A.No.164 of 2017 was challenged before this Court by way of filing C.R.P.No.4117 of 2018, which came to be dismissed on 24.10.2018. He also submits that the order under revision is laconic and is a non-speaking order.

A perusal of the order passed in I.A.No.164 of 2017 discloses that the Court below on finding that the respondent has properly explained the delay in filing the adangals and unregistered sale deed, dated 16.05.1991, had allowed the said application.

In those circumstances, there is no requirement for this Court to interfere with the order under revision. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed.
