HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1013 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) On two occasions (17.11.2015 and 24.11.2015) we adjourned this appeal at the request of learned counsel for the appellant. Yesterday, this matter was called out and at the request of Sri Varma, we kept it back and since it did not reach, it has come before Court today. Today, once again he seeks adjournment on the ground that Sri Milind G. Gokhale, learned counsel for the appellant, who is to argue this appeal, is not available. He submits that Sri Gokhale has already returned the papers to the client. This simply shows that neither Sri Gokhale, learned counsel for the appellant, nor the appellant has interest to prosecute this appeal further.

Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the appeal for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
