This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not following due procedure while investigating the complaint which was registered as Crime No.7 of 2017 on 26.02.2017.

Since the prayer is innocuous, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with, and this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, while investigating the crime. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
