THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.24894 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner made a representation on 15.06.2018 to 2nd respondent claiming that she was widow of a freedom fighter and to grant house site to her of an extent of 300 square yards in Hanamkonda Mandal, Hasanparthy Mandal, Battupalli Village in Kazipet Mandal or any suitable place of Warangal (Urban) District as per GO.MsNo.185, dated 11.03.1997. Petitioner contends that 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent would consider the said representation of petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2018 for grant of house site to her within six (06) weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
