Sri S.R. Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the petitioner received three votes more than the respondents. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous irrespective of the votes secured by the parties. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
