This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.155 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, C.C.S. Police Station, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
