THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.24989 OF 2003 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner challenged suspension orders before this Court and this Court vide order dated 3.12.2003 was pleased to grant interim suspension, and subsequently, the respondents have revoked the suspension order on 12.12.2003.

In view of the revocation of suspension order, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
