THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5334 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner filed this writ petition to declare the proceedings, dated 29.09.2016, issued by the 2nd respondent by keeping the earlier reinstatement proceedings, dated 31.08.2016, in abeyance, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent produced proceedings, dated 28.02.2017, reinstating the petitioner into service. 3.
In view of the proceedings, dated 28.02.2017, reinstating the petitioner into service, her primary grievance is redressed and the proceedings, dated 29.09.2016, keeping her in abeyance are no more valid and they are hereby set aside.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the said proceedings were actually passed on 31.08.2016, the same were implemented only on 28.02.2017 and for no fault, the petitioner is prevented from discharging the duties without any justification and pay and allowances are denied for this period. 5.
Having regard to the said submission, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the Project Director, District Water Management Agency, Mahabubnagar District, the 2nd respondent, regarding payment of pay and allowances for the period she was kept out of service even after reinstatement order was passed and on such request, the 2nd respondent shall consider
the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. 6.
The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
