Sri V. Ramchander Goud, learned counsel for respondent No.2, submits that in view of the interim order, dated 01.04.2011, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
