This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.682 of 2016 in O.S.No.142 of 2015 on the file of the Court of III Additional District Judge, Kakinada. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.
