HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12614 OF 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in issuing land acquisition notification dated 7.5.2006 in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.10-32 cents in R.S. No.269/2 of Sidhantham Village, Penugonda Mandal, West Godavari District. This Court by order dated 23.06.2006 granted interim suspension. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent filed counter-affidavit stating that a report was submitted to the 1st respondent for issuing notification in ROC No.664/2006/C, dated 20.11.2015 for withdrawal of the lands involved in the present writ petition as they are not required. The said decision was taken in view of acquisition of an extent of Ac.11-00 cents in R.S.No.275 of Sidhantam Village for distribution of house sites to the landless poor persons.

Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent in the counter-affidavit in the present case, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
