While Sri S.S.Bhatt, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 5th respondent, states that the sole petitioner died on 21.10.2012, Sri D.Kodanda Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, expresses ignorance and states that he has no instruction in the matter. The submission of Sri S.S.Bhatt, learned counsel for the 5th respondent, that the sole petitioner died on 21.10.2012 is recorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as having abated. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
