THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37513 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

2. In this Writ Petition the petitioner contends that he had questioned an order of cancellation of his Fair Price Shop authorization passed by 3rd respondent on 09.10.2015 before the 2nd respondent along with the stay application on 17.10.2015, but the 2nd respondent is not taking up the stay application and passing orders thereon.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the stay application in the appeal filed by petitioner against the orders of 3rd respondent referred to above within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and that he would also dispose of the appeal within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by petitioner challenging the order dt.09.10.2015 of the 3rd respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and he shall also decide the appeal filed by petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
