The petitioner is working as a Field Assistant, Kottalaguda Village of Vikarabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. His services have been terminated by the Project Director by the orders passed in December 2014. Since an Appeal would lie against such an order, the petitioner appears to have submitted an Appeal to the District Collector on 02.01.2015. More than four months' period has already elapsed from this date. Therefore, it would only be appropriate that the Collector shall deal with the Appeal of the petitioner on merits as expeditiously as is possible and dispose it of within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in somewhat similar circumstances, entertaining Writ Petition No.

14121 of 2009 and batch, an order was passed by this Court on 07.07.2010. It is for the petitioner to bring to the notice of the Collector the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 14121 of 2009 and urge before him for a similar exercise to be indulged in and upon application of his mind, the Collector will be able to decide the matter. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of after hearing Sri P. Raghavender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
