This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.NO.73 OF 2017 on the file of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Rachakonda, at Malkajgiri, Telangana State.
At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that accused No.1 has been attending the trial court and the only relief that he is seeking in the present petition is to dispense with the presence of petitioners herein , who are A-2 to A-4, during trial.
