CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6132 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Certiorari call for the records with regard to order dated 13.11.2009 in FA.No.760 of 2007 on the file of AP State Consumer Disputes Reddressal Commission, Hyderabad and 5th respondent order dated 17.11.2005 in CD.No.838 of 1998 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Karimnagar and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and unconstitutional."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. A perusal of the record shows that on 28-06-2010, this Court has permitted the Counsel for the petitioners to take out notice to the respondents by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service with the further direction to the Registry to post the case after service of notice.

The Counsel for the petitioners has not filed proof of service of notice on respondent Nos.1 to 3, who are the contesting respondents. Both for the reason of non-compliance with Order, dated 28-06-2010, and for non-appearance of the Counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6132 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 As a sequel to dismissal of this Writ Petition, WPMP.No.7891 of 2010, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
