THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1185 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the orders of the Special Sessions Judge for S.C./S.T., trial of cases S.C./S.T (P.O.A.) Act, 1989, Anantapur, passed against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 in Crl.M.P.No.25 of 2013 in Special S.C.No.9 of 2012 dated 21.03.2013.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision shall stand closed.
