THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26135 of 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed alleging in action on the part of the third respondent with respect to the complaint made by the petitioner, which has been registered as FIR No.51 of 2017, dated 09-07-2017.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that as the matter of fact, statements of all the parties have been recorded and the investigation is in progress and he is likely to be completed the investigation within a period of 4 to 6 weeks time and after completion of the investigation, necessary steps would be taken to file charge sheet.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file the charge sheet within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
