This writ petition is filed assailing the action of respondents in calling the petitioner to the police station, Karkhana, Secunderabad.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that a case in Cr.No.75 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC was registered against the petitioner on 03-07-2018 and the petitioner is shown as A-1 in the said crime and he is required for the purpose of investigation of the case. It is further stated that it is a case of kidnap of complainant. It is also denied that the petitioner is being called to the police station regularly. In view of the same, recording the same, this writ petition is also disposed of.
