This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed against the order dated 28.08.2012 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Jangareddigudem, in I.A.No.129 of 2012 in O.S.No.44 of 2010. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 30.01.2013.

In view of disposal of the main suit, the subject matter of this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
