THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 29458 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in rectifying the village name, wrongly typed as "Venkata Krishnapuram Village" instead of "Thangella Village", in the list of final enumeration report of agricultural crop damages in Kharif 2016 in Prakasam District.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the letter, dated 08.09.2017, addressed by the Mandal Agriculture Officer, Marripudi, to the Joint Director of Agriculture, Ongle rectifying the wrong inclusion of the names of Ayyavaripalem hamlet of Tangella Revenue Village farmers in Venkata Krishnapuram Village. In the said letter, it is also assured that the input subsidy amount would be paid within fortnight through the bank to the personal accounts of the farmers, whose names were mentioned in the enumeration list.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
