This writ petition was filed in 2009. No interim order was granted at any point of time by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his clients are not in touch with him.

That being so, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings for redressal of their grievance against respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
