When the matter was listed on 18.01.2016 it was represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner died and he sought time to take steps. The matter was adjourned by four weeks. On 16.02.2016 when the matter was listed, none appeared for the petitioner nor was an application filed for bringing the legal representatives on record.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
