ORDER:

Defendant Nos.1 and 3 in O.S.No.150 of 2015 filed by respondent No.1 herein for specific performance of agreement of sale filed this civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the said suit expeditiously.

A perusal of the record shows that the petitioners have filed docket proceedings only upto 19.01.2015 which reveal that due to the pendency of certain IAs, the suit is being adjourned from time to time. However, the docket proceedings for the last 11⁄2 year are not filed. At any rate, as the suit is of the year 2005, the lower Court shall make every endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible

and in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the CRP, CRP.MP.No.3821 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
