HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.4806 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his complaint, dated 12-01-2015, respondents 2 and 3 are not taking any action with regard to encroachment of the petition schedule land in Sy.Nos.418, 419, 420, 421 and 423 of Malkajgiri Village, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that no complaint of the petitioner, dated 12-01-2015 was received by the 3rd respondent.
However, on 03-03-2015, the petitioner approached and filed a complaint and the same was registered as a case in Cr.No.163 of 2015 on 03-03-2015 and took up investigation. It is stated that the said investigation is at the preliminary stage and appropriate steps would be taken to complete the investigation and file necessary report before the competent Court. A copy of FIR is also enclosed to the instructions. In view of registration of crime as aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for consideration. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and take appropriate further steps in accordance with law expeditiously. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
