This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order, dated Nil.10.2016 (signed on 07.11.2016) passed under Section 6 of the A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

Since there is a provision for appeal against the impugned order, the petitioners are given liberty to file an appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from today. As and when such an appeal is filed, it is needless to observe that the competent authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 3.
