THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13010 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.1 to 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 4th respondent lodged a complaint with the 3rd respondent on 28.11.2012 and after considering the contents of the complaint, the 3rd respondent advised the 4th respondent to approach the civil Court since the contents of the complaint do not make out any cognizable offence.

Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 06th NOVEMBER 2018.
