This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 22.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.256 of 2016 in O.S.No.126 of 2011 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Gurazala. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of fresh application. 3.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
