THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10249 of 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.2 in Crime.No.309 of 2023 on the file of Adilabad I Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 143, 148, 353, 307, 324 and 427 r/w. 149 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The allegation against this petitioner and others is that they have attacked some persons who are sitting in Innova Car. The said Car was damaged at the time of said incident. When Adilabad I Town Police tried to pacify the matter, this petitioner and others did not listen to the Police and continued assaulting the inmates of the car.

This Court by order dated 12.10.2023 granted the relief of anticipatory bail to Accused Nos.3, 4, 6, 8 and 9.

Since the petitioner is in jail from 04.10.2023, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail, subject to following conditions:- i) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Principal Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adilabad.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer, on every Monday at 10:00 a.m. for a period of eight weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. 6.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
