THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28320 of 2019 ORDER::
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by in-action of the respondents in conducting survey and not fixing the boundary stones of the land in Sy.No.41/13/A of Sherilingampally village and mandal, Ranga Reddy district Sangareddy Division, Sangareddy District, though the petitioner has made an application on 14-11-2019 for the said purpose. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that unless the petitioner pays the sub-division fee, survey cannot be undertaken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that fee if any required to be paid, the petitioner will pay as per circulars issued by the Government from time to time.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take necessary action on the application of the petitioner for conducting of survey subject to payment of fees by the petitioner for sub-division. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
