THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1933 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed questioning the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.431 of 2018 in C.C.No.20 of 2017, dated 21.03.2018 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Avanigadda.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

A perusal of the impugned order would reveal that liberty has been given to the petitioner to file a similar application and seek recall of Non-Bailable Warrants issued against him. In the light of the same, the present Criminal Revision Case, as filed, is misconceived. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case enabling the petitioner to comply with the impugned order for recalling the N.B.Ws. in appearing before the Court below for framing of charges.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
